Participated in Nuremberg City Library Bookmobile Redesign Contest. My design was chosen for the shortlist and was rewarded.

Design guidelines:
  • Relation to American history
  • The main target group: children

I made a soup from different characters: The Monster from 'Where the wild things are', Rapunzel imprisoned in the Nuremberg fortress, Tin Woodman eating a bretzel, The Tiger and The Bear written by Janosch dancing swing, The Nutcracker drinking milkshake, The Mouse King riding a bicycle. This way two cultures, American and German, interact with each other. Children and adults would see the bookmobile around a city, and recognize favourite heroes from well-known fairytales.
